AI-SaaS Platform Design

AI-SaaS Platform Design

Led end-to-end product design for an AI-powered learning platform (web and mobile), starting from a blank slate. Defined product structure, core user flows, and scalable UI systems to turn an abstract idea into a usable MVP. Improved onboarding and core workflows through user testing and iteration. Delivered developer-ready Figma designs within a cross-functional team, helping the product scale to 1M+ users.

Problem

Students rely on multiple disconnected tools (notes, flashcards, tutors), making learning:

  • fragmented
  • time-consuming
  • hard to stay consistent

Existing solutions focused on adding features instead of simplifying the learning experience.

Product Definition

Starting from scratch, I helped shape the product by:

  • Identifying core use cases (test prep, summaries, flashcards, tutoring)
  • Prioritizing features based on user value, not complexity
  • Structuring the product into a guided learning system instead of a tool collection

๐Ÿ‘‰ The goal was not to build more features, but to create a clear learning journey
